At FeedStories, we know that every business is at a different point in their evolution. Lets face it, we don’t want to waste your time or you waste ours. That’s why we have come up with the following criteria for working together.

1. Your business has high value customers.

If there’s not a high enough margin built into your products and services to pay for advertising and pay for expertise, it’s not a good fit. Your product or service must allow you enough margin to be comfortable with paid advertising. You have to be comfortable buying customers.

2. Your business delivers a tangible experience or outcome people love.

It’s hard to sell if people don’t love, like, or want what you have to offer. No consultant (or hypnotist) is good enough to help you sell something people don’t want. If the market or product is not something we see great potential for leveraging video for – and therefore can’t get enthusiastically behind – we are probably not a good fit for you.

3. Your product or service appeals to an easily identifiable audience or niche.

We’re very good at helping you identify your audience if you are having trouble, but you must have a basic understanding of who is buying what you sell. The more we can zero in on defining this, the stronger the strategy will be to reach them.

4. Your business has a web presence and preferably a Facebook profile.

We help (and have helped) people that have literally no website – just a product or dream. Feedstories works best with companies that have some sort of web presence and at least a Facebook Page. If you need help in that area please contact us and we can point you in the right direction.

5. There is evidence or proof that people enjoy doing business with you.

Part of our strategy is using happy clients and customers to generate more happy clients and customers for you. Before we engage, we’re going to search online for your business and see how people like doing business with you. If we’re finding a lot of negativity and don’t find a lot of happy customers – we likely won’t be able to fix your reputation and we would not be a good fit for you.

6. You are patient and comfortable with experimentation.

Anyone who says they hit home runs out of the gate all the time are liars. If you need us to hit a home run quickly out of desperation then we’re not going to be a good fit. We strive for excellence, and everything we deliver will be based on years of combined experience.

7. You are the decision maker.

We work best within flat organizations generally free from politics and ‘CYA’ interests. We don’t want to step on anybody’s toes and we certainly don’t want to be restricted on our end. We are designed to complement an existing companies infrastructure like an add-on module. We prefer to work with the person in charge and have regular, ongoing communication.

8. You can demonstrate a history or commitment of using paid advertising to grow your business.

Even if your past or current paid advertising isn’t working the way you want it to, we can help. If you rely solely on referrals and organic traffic to get your customers, we may not be a fit as video advertising  works best with paid  digital advertising.

9. You have the revenue to support paying professionals to help you grow your business.

You can afford pay for expertise. Lets not make this awkward. If you’re looking to hire us as a last-ditch effort to save your company than we are not a good fit for you.

10. You want to enjoy working with us just as much as we want to enjoy working with you.

You want a good fit. We want a good fit. You want to be comfortable. We want to be comfortable. We are people that love what what we do. We are not huge believers in professional distance. Our best relationships are long-term relationships where we get to know you. Were not only interested in your professional goals but your personal goals because we know that’s what it’s all about. Life is too short to work with people you don’t like, and that goes both ways. We can bring it exponentially more energy to your project and your business because we like you (and you like us).  This means Trust, Communication, Honesty, Respect, and Reasonable Expectations of each other.

11. You SHIP. You LAUNCH. You DO.

We LOVE working with people who DO. We love clients that aren’t afraid to move/launch/ship. The time to optimize is NOT before you launch.  Rather than striving for perfection in your marketing, strive for action. This doesn’t excuse sloppy or lazy work as we believe in excellence, preparation, and accuracy, but if you are the type of person who will never launch even when there’s been enough planning and checking, you can’t fully tap into our abilities to help you. When you ship you get feedback and then adjust, optimize, and ship again.
